Born in Mackay as the youngest of 3 siblings, Raelee showed her organisational and communication skills at a very early age. Participating in the family business from the age of six, regular customers particularly liked to be served by the “young receptionist” – now as the assistant office manager at our practice, Raelee is in her element.

Smoothing the way through the sometimes difficult process of booking for delivery, helping with Medicare rebating, making appointments to suit other commitments – all are done with aplomb and efficiency as well as a heartening smile and chit chat on the side!

A mother herself to two active boys (Andrew and Nathan), Raelee keeps herself very busy outside of work. She and her husband Craig are heavily involved with junior soccer as well as cricket, and enjoy an active family life.

Her efficiency, ability to see the “big picture” but above all her humanity – the ability to see when someone needs that extra smile – is what makes Raelee invaluable to the practice.
