Text Reminder

the day before your appointment, a text is sent to your mobile to ensure that it is still convenient for you to attend. A simple “yes” or “no” is all that’s required to text in return. If “no” our staff will contact you to arrange a re-schedule if required.

Toilet, Baby Change and Shower Facilities

These are located within the rooms themselves; big enough to accommodate a pram, this means that toilet stops with toddlers hopefully become a little easier!

Free Undercover Parking

There is no charge for the first 2 hours – this is an absolute godsend in the wet season, and one that is appreciated by staff and patients alike.

On-line Patient Claiming

To avoid having to go into Medicare to obtain your rebate, your receipt can automatically be lodged  at our rooms and Medicare will deposit the rebate direct to your bank account in 3 working days.  All you need to do is register your bank account with both our rooms and Medicare to access this service. Our friendly reception staff can help you further with this, and the appropriate forms.
